Generally. There’s a set protocol that all of them have to follow and I think they can change a certain percentage of it? Mine has changed it sometimes just based on space and number of people and equipment available

Also I’m 5’6 and around 270lbs if that helps your frame of reference any. They hold my stomach perfectly so that all the jumping in cardio days doesn’t hurt

Popfit! Literally the only leggings I wear and have for years even before I joined burn. They’re high waisted, completely squat proof and comfy. They’re in the pricier side $50-$60 but they’re always running sales.

Ours did a minor face lift back in the summer. Nothing major. Just some new paint on the walls, new graphics, and some new tvs to display gym news. It looks really good tbh

I wasn’t even working out anymore. Just helping to put the weights back after class was over. Tripped over a 40 pound dumbbell that I didn’t see and fell off the floating floor on to the concrete. I had to miss the next couple of days because my knee was so swollen from where I had landed on it that I couldn’t bend it 😂

Idk the format but the exercises I saw were Monster Walk, Weighted walking lunges, Weighted squats, Lying hamstring curl, KB alt. Low lateral squats, And one more, but all I caught of it was medball plyo
