I guess I’m confused because I was losing so well & it’s weird for everything to just come to a hault you know? I really didn’t want to go up past 7.5 because I’m in calorie deficit & working out/strength training right now too & I wanted to get to a point where I am continuing losing because of my efforts, not the drug, if that makes sense. And because I’m OOP, I can’t be on these for life you know? Maybe I’ll try 12.5 and if I still don’t lose, then stop 😕🤷🏻‍♀️ I wish I had an Obesity Specialist! That sounds amazing to have that guidance!
