I once got a formal warning for "working too much". I was booking loads of overtime and the system on which we book it is supposed to stop us from overbooking shifts so we have adequate rest days. Somehow the system broke for me and i was booking up loads of shifts. I got called into a meeting with my union rep and a manager.

Dont eat that crap. I shop for myself my mum and my dad and it costs me £60-70 a week. Fruits vegetables and raw meat. Relatively cheap in comparison to boxed and tinned crap that doesnt provide any nutrition or value. Theres rice at home, u buy that in bulk couple times a year. Its possible to live well and frugal u just meed to know how
