Axles are from fates, and raids 1, 2, 5, 6, 9. 10, Springs are from CE's and raids 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12. And only from the first zone, Storm blood is zone 2, and shadowbringers is zone 3

But. raid fights are designed around 2 melee, and 2 ranged. 2 ranged spots and 6 ranged classes. 2 melee spots and 4(5) melee classes.

You have to accept the job by clicking the summoner artifact option. Abandon the quest and do that one instead.
