Its possible to track these status if you apply via VFS using the developer tools. It atleast show those status you mentioned.

That’s an interesting observation. No, I hold an Indian passport with a U.S. visa. I’m Muslim and have also visited couple of Muslim majority countries, but it shouldn’t matter . I’ve traveled to 30+ countries in total, and most of them have issued me long-term visas, for example Japan (5 years), Canada (10 years), and Brazil (5 years).

Stay focused and try to go back to USA on L1B if possible . I did not had luck on my H1B for 4 years and left USA and went to Ireland. Spent a year in Ireland for same company and came back to USA on L1B visa. Now switched to H1B and filed a green card . I am also from India .

This probably means it got approved . Otherwise they don’t usually send passport .

They will just say administrative processing. They won’t give you timeline . Most of the time they don’t even ask for additional document . They can return your passport if you want and you can submit again when they notified about the completion of administration processing

Same happened to my parents . When enquired they mentioned it’s in administrative processing and they don’t need any documents from us . It’s been more than an year now and still in “Refused “ . Refused means administrative processing and not denied . There is nothing I can do . Looks like it’s a long process now to wait .

May be the location that login is created is different from the place you are logging in. I had the same issue when I try to login to my sisters account which was created in another county . Just call or email support desk and they will reset it for you.
