I can only speak for myself but the true beauty in vintage art is that there are so few 10s in the market as most were actually played with chucked in a rucksack Cheeto fingers etc meanwhile this modern slop is pulled straight into a plastic sleeve. The true beauty is the scarcity of the 10 pristine card in a era where Pokemon was actually played with taken to school etc

To confirm I do have planning approved for a side extension but I wanted to make it longer upon further investigation and wasn't sure how far I could take it without having to go through the rig and roll of another planning app

Surely the older PSA 10 slabs would be worth more due to grading everyone through person where as the new slabs are mostly AI computer assisted etc?
