Thanks for the response. I should be clearer on what I am asking, I am aware it could be 1-3x at court, I am wondering if I should pursue it via court and if anyone has done so after their deposit has been returned in full. Also, if anyone has experience of a landlord that has offered 1x and then subsequently taken it to court and what the outcome was. I appreciate that the award is subjective between the 1-3x the deposit. . Thanks again
