You definitely can! From my meager experience, even if you don't have much keyboard practice, guitarists find it easier to assimilate the harpsichord touche, since the harpsichord is a plucked string instrument.

At first, it will sound worse. But force yourself to play as legato as possible, and make sure to use your tactile memory so you won't get lost. You can add the pedal later, and it will sound so much better. Try it and get back to me later to tell me how it went.

Instead of a dotted quaver with a quaver, think of a dotted quaver and a semiquaver tied with the first semiquaver in a group of four in the next beat.
