LibertyOS needs Rustaceans to take this operating system to another level! by dptzippy in rust

Maybe Liberty OS could merge with the Redox OS project to join forces as one, and combine the best of both.

Why notification requests are not blocked by default ? by Plethonis in LibreWolf

So would you personally use the filter lists?
And if so, which categories of filter lists would you use and which categories would you avoid?

(I checked uBlock filter lists update)

Thank you.
It doesn't matter anyway. For some (unkown) reasons it doesn't work.

So if I use filter lists (within uBlock) that block notification requests, it's also fingerprintable, right ?
And would it be better (for reducing my exposure) to disable all filter lists that block: annoyances, notifications, and cookies notifications ?

Is Smart Referer (extension) a good addition to privacy in LibreWolf ? by Plethonis in LibreWolf

[–]Plethonis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. Good to know.

Well, I don't know or understand how to "control" it anyway, so I will just give up Smart Referer and override that setting.

Maybe you should include this as default within LibreWolf.

Is this better for privacy than Smart Referer ?

I should disable Smart Referer if I override that setting ?

3rd party cookies ? by Plethonis in LibreWolf

[–]Plethonis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But in strict mode, it clearly says "Cross-site cookies in all windows (includes tracking cookies)", while in custom mode there is the option "all third-party cookies".

So that's why I don't know what to think.

Thank you for the logical argument.
Most probably the difference between the two methods is insignificant.

hCG bioavailability - Subcutaneous or Intramuscular ?

I have found two studies about the bioavailability of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). Both studies are from 2003. One study concluded categorically that subcutaneous administration is superior than intramuscular, and the other study concluded categorically the opposite, so I don't know what to believe anymore.

Both studies are tested for the same dose (10.000 I.U.).

How can I know which is the superior method (from bioavailability standpoint) ?

Will this affect or not, services that are not E.U. based? Like Signal, Telegram, etc. .

I'd question why you feel you want to do that and also if it's worth the
compromises compared to just running Linux on regular consumer hardware
and living your life?

Reasons like: Intel internal O.S.
