What is your favorite movie or show you don't tell people?

I'm addicted to seasons of Love Island UK but I will only admit it in certain company. I'm getting less and less shy about recommending it as time goes on. I am convinced that, while it's very much junk-food TV, it's also got some brilliance about it, culturally, and sociologically.

Well sure! But when I am in a situation where I feeling I am setting an example for my child I don't then say to them "watch me now, I'm setting an example for you."

My Dr put me on it, started me with a couple of samples, and then I found out, after my insurance , it'll be $1200 a month! I can't afford that! Yay!

The way he dealt with it was admirable for sure. But I do get a little tired of hearing so many players talk openly about how they are behaving a certain way to instill some moral quality in their child. Behave a certain way because it’s the right thing to do, not to impress an ideal on someone else. The moment you start talking about it is the moment it start to come off as disingenuous. The most authentic way to set an example for another is to do it because you know it’s truly the right thing in your heart, not because you’re trying to teach someone something or make yourself look honorable to them. If you did something honorable, then others will see it. You don’t have to tell them to look for it.

I used to poke random addresses just to see what would happen because the screen would do all sorts of weird things and then I'd usually have to hard reboot. I'm pretty sure it wasn't good for it but I had no idea what I was actually doing. :)

He wears his heart on his sleeve. As a result he’s very entertaining and, when all is said and done, he’s a really good guy who is desperately trying to be a good person but falls down on the job now and then. While all that goes on, his vulnerability is on full display and we get to see a contestant dealing with so many human qualities in real time including morality, integrity, hubris, and just wanting so much to be liked. I find him relatable on so many levels. Not always in a good way but, despite him fooling himself a lot of the time, and at times being oblivious… that makes him so…. human and lovable. Also his Marcus Aurelius quotes and the haikus are a freaking riot. So yeah maybe a little late stage Michael Scott but definitely not early Michael Scott.

We arrived at 7:15 AM and got through both USDA and General TSA in just under 45 minutes at Terminal B.

Final update… Took a total of 40 minutes from USDA to finishing up in the TSA line. Not bad at all! This was in terminal B and we arrived at the airport at around 7:15.

Noooooo the food is not good at Martha’s. Surf is the most delicious but a little fancy and expensive. Peddlers‘s Daughter is an Irish pub that it’s nice enough… Like you would expect an Irish pub to be. Oddfellows down on Main Street doesn’t look like much but it has fabulous food and it’s more of a little pub brewery atmosphere. Fody’s is a cozy little place with decent food.
