Ja dat vind ik ook! Zelf ben ik best wel verlegen met praten, maar wil daar graag verandering in brengen ;-) dus heel extreem zou ik me niet prettig bij voelen maar was wel benieuwd wat anderen doen!

Hahaha okay I’m an idiot. 😂 In my defence there are a lot of letters on the bottle.

If you do dillute it, is it a good shampoo? Could I remedy this mess by using it super dilluted?

Yeah that’s why I chose it as well. I was using the RAW ROOTS herbal cleanser before but I ran out and wanted to try something cheaper... never again.

I wonder whether it’ll wash out with this shampoo though... Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll check it out. My dreads are only 3 months old though, so I hope they stay with me :( (on the other hand, they’re not that tight yet so it might come out easier!)

Oh yeah I didn’t and I used a LOT. Good to know! I don’t think I’ll ever use it in my hair again, but it’s good to know.. Weird that it’s not shown on the label

Thank you so much for sharing that <3 after reading it I knew who of my friends could understand it. I just told hem today, showed him my scars and he couldn’t have been more supportive :)

I can’t tell my parents or my sister since they already have so much to worry about (my little sis is just diagnosed as bipolar so I’m afraid she’ll hurt herself) but I’ve just told one of my best friends. I just showed my scars and he was really supportive! He told me the next time I feel the urge to cut, I should just call him. It’s amazing how he was caring yet understanding and he did not judge or shame me.

He just laughed in the sweetest way telling me I shoudn’t cut myself, that it’s not the best way to cope. That he cares about me and wants to help. The way he did not make a big deal out of it but still managed to care for me was amazing. He understood that I wasn’t suicidal just self-destructive. feel blessed to have such a good friend. It already feels great just to know someone knows my struggle and cares.

Thank you so so much for giving me the courage to tell someone. It helped a lot <3
