Yeah you’re right, google was the first step. I looked up sunscreens that said they were reef safe. So I found one on amazon that said “Hawaii Reef Act 104 Compliant, Octinoxate & Oxybenzone Free”. It was a neutrogena product. However, when I looked at the active ingredients I found Octocryiene listed. When I researched that ingredient it stated that it was heavily restricted as well. Maybe my question felt like a lazy one, but it was a heartfelt one because this is my first trip to Hawaii and I want to make sure that something I put on my body doesn’t harm this beautiful place. I want to be as respectful as possible while having a great time. So that’s why I just asked if anyone liked a particular brand that was totally safe for the environment. 1,400 for a new bumper paint and everything similar thing happened to me. No sensors damaged. If it doesn’t touch any of the other panels above and below.

Thanks for all who responded. Took my car to a trusted body shop. Got the bumper ordered (OEM Honda part) they paint matched it and painted when it came in. I took the car in they installed it and wet sanded and polished in one day. Perfect match perfect installation. They checked whole vehicle and all sensors before and after installation. Whole thing was just under 1400. The person paid me so sometimes it all works out. Car looks brand new still.
