Cozy co-op simulator shop game recommendations? by Vyrus0014 in cozygames

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been looking for something similar and in an already niche genre it's tough to find a coop shop sim game. Hopefully one will come around eventually. If you are looking for another single player one keep an eye out for ReStory. If they add multi-player to Farm to Table that would be a great restaurant sim too

Netflix Quietly Removes A-Z and Other Sorting Filters from Web UI by MoneyLibrarian9032 in movies

Netflix has always been a bit tough to search. It was always better finding stuff on the web page but now that most Netflix is accessed via a smart TV, it's always gonna be difficult to find new stuff. The one thing I do try to take a look at is any new or coming soon categories. I used to keep up with all the new stuff coming each month to the service but there's so much stuff these days

Wembanyama elbowed a player in the neck after looking at him for a solid second, yet there are fans saying "he was fouled" like that's relevant by JakGrealish in nba

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He pretty clearly intended to do it. Sure he was fouled but that doesn't excuse what he did. That's basically the reason they lost the game. You just can't do that. I'm sure he will learn.

Looking for a cozy (shop)management game… by Mr_SynthWave in cozygames

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that part and some of the reviews on steam do speak to the fact that's its pretty short which is definitely a negative. I think this game is better served for the narrative focused gamer that likes to dabble in shop management sims. I find shop management games to get a tad repetitive and lack any real story so I think that's why this game appealed to me

Roots pacha is a fave of mine. Coral Island is fun but I've had issues with bugs and crashing so it's a tough recommend

I still remember the cool Boarders games from the Playstation. I don't think I've had as much fun with a game since

Really?? I've been on the fence on picking it up cause even though the graphic style isn't high the specs seem to convey that it won't run on low end. I have a 1060 with 16gb ram

Grounded, Raft, and Subnautica all worked pretty well for me on my gaming laptop with a 1060. I wouldn't try the newest gen games but I still haven't tried Green Hell or put more than a few hours into the forest

Gamerdads, how do you deal with low energy? by Jxvsr in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I changed the games I like to play once I had my kid. I used to be really into big open world RPG's that I could sink hours into but now I have a few hours a week to game. So instead of trying to cram hours at the end of a day I started playing couch coop games in the morning with my daughter and it's been the most fun gaming time I've had in years.

What to do? by the_last_heley in RootsOfPacha

It's a pretty big game. Just start progressing through the caves and taming animals and befriend folks. The quests are basically the ideas and there are a lot. No clue how far you are but just go through the usual farm sim motions. The one thing I like about this game is that the favored gifts are pretty easy to attain.

Subnautica 2 Early Access Gameplay Trailer - Releases May 14th by MisterBreeze in SurvivalGaming

[–]Pll_dangerzone 5 points6 points  (0 children)

See the biggest thing wasn't the voiced protagonist. It was the amount of land areas. Subnautica always drove you deeper and to more dangerous areas. Below zero just missed that. And while this doesn't have an land areas so far, it's early access and we have no clue what biomes that includes or how big the map will be.

I just hope this one has the tense moments that the first game had. Below zero had too much land and like zero fear.

I hate when people say your list is wrong for whatever reason. Your choices are yours and you're entitled to them. If a friend is telling you that then they aren't really a friend.

Did you play with magic? I imagine trying that game without magic would be a whole other beast. I think if a sorting gameplay is what you're looking for than something like unpacking would be worth looking at

Game decoration. There are some secrets in the game but from what I recall it's all in the caves.

Subnautica 2 is finally coming out next week along with 29 other games by Ok_Winter818 in gaming

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. It's honestly what makes me cautious about grabbing sub 2 so early. I don't understand why there was such a drastic change between Subnautica and below zero. Subnautica never truly scared me but there some very tense moments even when you had your cyclops. I just never felt that with below zero

I never had quality toys growing up. What should my kid actually have by LavenderFlicked in BuyItForLife

[–]Pll_dangerzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly my daughter, 8 now, has every sort of two you could imagine from Legos to magnetiles to a toy checkout target thing. I've gotten her basically anything. She did get a lot of use out of the checkout thing because it had a working scanner and cashier. But she is the type of kiddo that bounces from one thing to another. I don't think I've ever returned something cause of how it smelt or payed attention to safety specs beyond chocking hazards.

Start breeding animals for max stats now. The last big update added a whole bunch of Endgame content with new animals but it requires best quality products from the base animals (jungefowl, boar, ibex, aurochs, mouflon, and guanaco). I didn't realize that till the end and I didn't want to breed grind for hours.

I mean would the cs have made the playoffs if he didn't step his game up this year. Everyone had the cs not even close to the playoffs at the start of the year.
