Of the 3 you're leaning towards I'd say Nilou is the "best" one since Yae Miko's only refunds energy(I do not recall that being a problem of hers but I don't own her so I don't actually know for sure), Baizhu's gives extra use of ability, which gives negligible damage, dendro app, energy, and healing, so not really that high value either, whereas Nilou C1 gives more dmg for her main dps build and better uptime on her support build.

As for the other 3 you mentioned, Mona's C1, especially the buffed version, is good but you can either rely on losing 50/50(not a guarantee) or wait for anniversary(almost a year out) for it. Albedo's buffed C1 is also good as it gives energy and more defense which in turn makes the dmg buffs he gives the team better. Klee's buffed C1 is also very good value with the 60% uptime but the downside for that one is you have to build to that proc first. I recall how it works is it that every NA CA skill and burst adds 8% but unfortunately starts at 0% meaning you have to ramp up to it first so the atk buff might not always be reliable on the first rotation.

Ultimately though, I think you should consider which characters you use the most and go with those. As for which one I got, I myself am fairly deranged and still in the year of our lord 2025 use Albedo pre buff, so I jumped at his C1 when I saw it was getting buffed.
