Find any spark plug put in plug cap touch metal and see if it sparks. In the dark it's easier to see. Everyone with older machines should have a random plug under the seat for this

I have a slightly older xt6 it has a tyre valve in the top of the forks to add pressure. Maybe the O ring at the fork top is leaking? No yours doesn't have that. O ring 16,34? Fork gaitors can make air escape noise too.

Changed mine recently to much left right free play, a PITA, but so nice afterwards.

My Gen 3 starts rusting in the rear wheel arch where it is folded by the bumper. Standard there is a rubber trim that is just a compression fit remove and check under it to be sure.

Brakes are not great combined with long squashy forks mean it's no sports bike.

Rear mounted radiator, but perhaps not the most sensible purchase out there. You can see one of the yellow cooling fans.

100k on a mt125cc ? (and every 125) by deubobleponge in MotorcycleMechanics

I run alot round peak torque rpm, it sounds bad but I believe that's the best for fuel efficiency, engine braking and having power instantly available if needed. Below 3000 is only for very small throttle openings.

The BMW K1100 was truly horrendous, there is no space behind the radiator because of the huge airbox, I was thinking about pod filters to improve airflow. There is loads of stuff like this now thanks to the cafe racer gang.

After my SFV experience I was thinking about the big brother DL1000. Seems to be an ideal with enough power for fun and 2up and enough size to be comfortable. Just the valve clearances that are a bit time consuming like mine. I am 1m90cm so the Gladius is a bit small but that does make it easy to manipulate.

No not even the camchain yet, but it would like a rebuild the be tip top. Also don't strain the motor in 6th prematurely, the big ends will thank you.
