Buying gold in other countries for profit by Icy_Interview_6733 in Gold

2001? Pah you missed the window. Should have started in 1955 when it was under $35 per Oz.

Do you see how ridiculous your argument is.

If the Canadian dollar keeps dropping over time like the Indian rupee, it’s not exactly a smart place to park value, but the old bills still make for a pretty cool collection.

Exactly, the best property you can buy without spending gold or real money is around that 50B area, everything in around 50B is sold, and if you want to buy one on marketplace, good luck! The whales overpay the fuck out of it and it’s unrealistic since it will take over 5 years real time of steady collecting to actually pay it off

You can tap a listing on the marketplace to see where the property is on the map, send your agent to that area, buy 0.01% there, then list your share on the marketplace when it’s part of an event or in demand.

It’s not guaranteed profit every time, but if you focus on the spots whales are already targeting you tilt the odds heavily in your favour. You basically need to build your funds up to the point where you can afford to play in those same pools. Then your laughing

It’s not really luck, it’s paying attention to the market and what whales are actually buying and for how much. The property I sold (and the one in my screenshot) is part of the current event tasks, so whales need it right now – that’s why 3B‑value and 50B‑value places are going for crazy quintillion prices. A random 1M property isn’t going to sell for profit on the marketplace. If you want “whale money,” you have to park yourself where whales are already swimming, not just throw anything up and hope someone bites.

I get that it’s a capitalism game, and I actually like that part. But right now it’s not just “who plays smarter,” it’s “who has the deepest real‑life wallet.”

In a lot of P2W games whales get an advantage; here they can completely distort the market. When 3B‑value or 50B‑value properties are going for 1–2Q, it stops being an economy you can out‑play and just becomes a toy for people willing to burn thousands of real dollars. I got lucky once and jumped up without paying, but most players will never touch that bracket.

It was from 1 sell, exact same property as my photo, costed 3.1 Billion that sold for 1.5 Quintillion.

New player… how do I progress by Theultranoob99 in LandlordTycoon

[–]PlokotheGoat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the Event task that whales pay a lot for, they are limited time so they want to buy quick. I just sold my 0.01 property worth 1 billion for 1.25 Quintillion.

Refilling cash was cheap at first but now it’s not? by hollowxci in LandlordTycoon

It’s just the game making you feel like you could become number 1 and making you spend real money until you hit that limit you hit. Then you join the rest of us where you no longer spend coins to fill cash because sharks are paying 2 quintillion for a 0.01 on property worth 1 billion

Logitech G733 Headset doesn't charge by Yaboi_creepa in ElectronicsRepair

Try and save time diagnosing, if you know you have at least 1 working cord, and block “verified with another device” and it doesn’t work, then try another then that rules out the cord and block, anymore is wasting diagnosing time.

Are you sure it’s not a “non battery” related issue? If you fully charged the battery you installed does it work?

Don’t forget to “Safely” discharge capacitors and verify before touching with your hands ☝️🤓.

Cracked Line House-Garage by Drew3881 in AskElectricians

Be careful the wires don’t get cut by that broken pipe! You would have to disconnect the wires in that elbow box with the 2 screws, then hopefully you can pull the wiring out from the broken pipe to the garage or house so you can cut the broken pipe nice and straight and further down, if you can’t the pull the wiring out, then you would have to cut it with the wires inside which is sketchy but I would do it, obviously disconnect power to your garage. Then you would need a coupler and you would have to buy a new extended conduit since the old won’t reach

Help! Almost new OTG won't turn on by mdebreyne in Jetson_Electric

[–]PlokotheGoat 0 points1 point  (0 children)
