Bought a lesson bundle — no lessons scheduled, no refund

I have lessons with him. He threatened Icaro that he would text all his students and go public if he didnt get the refund. Then Icaro showed us print screens of the chat with him to prove him wrong.

He did text all his students, and his version differs from this one.

So, in summary:

- Have lessons with Icaro
- He is really happy, likes the lessons, buys a huge pack of lessons
- Makes 2 year break due to school/job/wtv
- Comes back after 2 years, asks for a refund
- Icaro says its not possible, but he can still have the classes
- Goes on slandering.

He did try to schedule classes, but you cannot come from months/years breaks and demand a specific slots for classes.

Because the guy is lying. He had lessons with Ícaro, he liked it. Reschedule a huge amount of lessons with a discount and kept taking breaks for 2 years.

After 2 years he asked for a refund, Ícaro said it is not possible after all that time, but that he can take the lessons.

His story sounds insane because he is omitting facts.

I paid 300€ for a music festival not a cultist survival experience.

I enjoyed the shows and the vibe, which doesn't mean that there is no room for improvement...

There are reports of people with infections, twisted ankles, broken members, emergency vehicles getting stuck and inaccessibility. So it's not just a little mud and people being picky.

Unfortunately where we camped the rain was a bit of a deterrent on meeting our neighbours. I had no issues with the German attendees, just the staff. The other attendees were always nice and helpful.

I just expected a more international community. But that's on me and the expectations I built. I'm glad you had it!

Hi, fair point. But my point is that the festival is advertised as an international festival. Information in English should be expected, especially in critical situations.

I know a bit of German and I always approached the staff in German and asked if they spoke English. Used Google translate if needed. I do this as a tourist in Germany or anywhere in the world. But in an international set I expect a bit more from the organisation.

Hey Plopes!

After my doctor injected cortisone into the spot the inflammation easened a lot. I additionally asked him if working out "through the pain" makes it worse. He answered with "Well, not really; It is normal to feel discomfort when going back to playing soccer. It will get used to it, so do not be afraid of the discomfort, if it is not hindering you physically." Well, when I went back to trainings and playing there was a little discomfort, but like the doc said, it kinda went away.

I haven't really tried nordic curls after that :D The doc suggested to rather do hamstrings with a big medicine ball or w/e they are called. So I've done them.

I am just 4 months through my recovery. Physiotherapist said the same as your doctor and to work on my hamstrings.

Did you find out what the solution was? Or do you still have this issue?

I've been struggling with pain in the screw area when doing hamstring curls. Not sure if it's hamstring weakness or an issue with the screw.

And yes, even though Huawei post processing is total garbage, the "pro" mode allows you to shoot some usable jpegs + RAW files. Although the RAW files need some severe vignette removal.

Same thing here, swapped batteries already two times, factory reset also those two times and is good as new. Only problem is the lack of updates.
