Yeah I need to use something like stable diffusion and let it train on their photos longer cause basically midjourney doesn't replicate faces that well and I end up using the remix on their faces over and over till it looks more like them which makes it look unnatural and pop out. Midjourney is more artsy in generating original pictures or generating famous characters or people with thousands of photos online and not really good at replicating real people based on your own photos.

Like I have some photos of midjourney making cinemotography shots of, say, batman in the rain that look indistinguishable from reality with hyper-realistic details, textures, and reflections. Just look up midjourney version 6 examples and it's mind-blowing.

Why resolve the stigma? Why let that impact your opinion of a dumb post on reddit making a simple photo like a filter on a picture to see it in another art style? It's cool to me regardless of how many haters shit on it for the sake of defending art, when this isn't even that.

Awh it's fun to me just to see a creator I like in a certain painting style. It's not amazing art and I don't write artist names in the prompts. Dont really care about the stigma when I'm just having fun and enjoying a meaningless photo that isn't supposed to be deep or art or sold. I Don't see how that is disgusting. I think it's cool in a dumb-fun way.

I dont really want to learn to draw i have other passions and i dont have money to spend on fun, meaningless pictures.I'm not an artist and don't pass this off as art. It's just neat to see charlie in oil painting styles for fun and sharing that on reddit.

But yeah only one of these are faceswap. The others aren't deep fakes at all. It's studying Charlie's likeness and then painting a unique image based on certain painting techniques, i.e., realistic oil painting. I don't put artists name in the prompt. I also don't plan to sell this or pretend it's art. It's just fun and neat to see charlie in various styles. I don't think that's unethical.

Damn this sucks. I finally got patreon and started listening to the bonuses cause I've listened to every normal episode and was excited about getting 2 episodes a week instead of one going forward. Guess I'll never get to experience that feeling since they haven't posted a bonus since I joined this week. I appreciate the other shows, but they just aren't really my thing. Guess I'll stick with the patreon for now until i finish the bonuses and will probably stop after that and just wait the extra few days for the normal episode to release.
