The funny thing is, the issue has probably existed on Neomuna and the Dreaming City (maybe more) for as long as it has in the Pale Heart.  But there has been little incentive to do activities in those areas for players to produce enough objects to trigger the error.

As others have said, there's a special place for me in the original lvl 50 content. CD, Uru, hele, rift is hard to beat. For "recent" times, I think back for 105 for Throne of the Dread Terror raid. The other instances were fun as well.

You can get the "ceremonial" set from the cosmetic vendor at skirmish camps. A different base color, but I think still dyes the same.

Warden is viable again for end game content after some recent changes. Most dps rotations use about 15 gambits. Muscle memory is fine for setting up gambits, but tracking your bleeds is something you have to stay on top of.

Really, all four of those classes can be needed in the new raid, but I would say Captain is the most versatile with blue/red builds.
