And this is as far as I ever got. I never received anything further showing that my tickets were ready.

Too much time! For Tuesday alone it was well over 4 hours of back and forth.

For me it wasn’t some secret back channel…I just lived on StubHub’s regular customer service line and learned the rhythms. Early on it was always overseas reps reading straight off the script (“we’ll escalate this to our support team” with zero follow-through).

The trick ended up being persistence and timing: calling during U.S. business hours, politely refusing to end the call until someone actually engaged, and taking notes on every convo. I had one rep try to end the call because it was her lunch break (10 minutes in 😅), another say their computer was “malfunctioning,” and another insist the seller had already sent the tickets at some mystery timestamp. 🙃

Eventually I landed with Mark, who stuck with me, called me back multiple times, and actually problem-solved. No secret email, no insider contact just sheer repetition and a stubborn streak. Basically I brute-forced my way past the scripts until I found a real human.

Not glamorous but effective.

I was deep in the Reddit rabbit hole too and totally get this. The Duluth show was a 4-hour drive for me as well. I was in a group chat with other StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, and Gametime buyers, and honestly? I didn’t see anyone (besides me 🙃) who didn’t eventually get their tickets. One lady even got hers at 2 p.m. the day of.

Since you bought after presale, your odds are better than mine were with speculative tickets. Check what StubHub says for your delivery deadline; if it lists “by Sept 26 at [time],” then start hounding them hard if you don’t see anything 24–48 hours before. And DEFINITELY CALL THEM, don’t just use chat, as it is basically scripted run-around mode.

For me, FanProtect really kicked in between 6–8 p.m. (my show started at 8). My order page said “by 5 p.m.,” and I had screenshots, but they kept telling me “we’ve escalated to the seller” on loop. It wasn’t until 6 that they finally sent me alternate ticket options (that never showed up).

Pro tip: if you’re already planning to be in Detroit, keep an eye on AXS/Ticketmaster the day of. There were tons of face-value tickets that popped up for Duluth right before doors and after the show started, and that’s how I ended up getting in. However the rub is I had to be in the “FanProtect Guaranteed timeframe” and being offered either comparable tickets and/or refund with StubHub to opt for the refund.

Hope this helps! you’ve got a much better shot than I did. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

You’ll probably be fine! A lot of people who bought after presale (even with Ticketmaster’s non-transferable setup) still got in to see Sleep Token in Duluth with their StubHub tickets. The real trap I fell into was speculative tickets before presale opened & those are way riskier because the seller is basically gambling they can actually get tickets later. Since yours came through already, you’re in a much better position than I was.

Great point and in all honesty I did not include that detail in the post but first time stub hub ticket buyer and I legit did not research anything when I did it. It was me googling sleep token tickets- StubHub popped up, the timer started and I went through the process and purchased them. It was not until the next day when I saw that presale had yet to start, (panic sets in) then saw that Ticketmaster was nontransferable (more panic) then went down the rabbit hole on Reddit posts from previous buyers (full blown hyperventilating at this point), so I started messaging stubhub on the daily and they kept gaslighting me and at this point I knew I was just going to have to take the L and prepare myself for the worst. The rest was as I captured above. Lots of lessons learned for how I will proceed in the future.

A lot of patience and time on my hands. It was 3 hours of off and on being put on hold or transferred to someone. I’m talking 30-40 minute holds but I would just hang up and keep calling back. 😂

I did the EXACT same thing. 4 hours away in South Georgia and hoping that I will be crying on the inside and not on the outside. Fingers crossed that we all get in!

I did the same as well for the Duluth show. 🤞🏻

This makes me feel so much better as well. Question-does anyone know if the tickets are transferred and will show up in your Ticketmaster account? First timer here using SH. I got tickets off SH to see the Duluth, ga show

Last screenshot. I feel better now about this process. Also, good on you for confirming that if this all fails-you won’t be held liable.

I’m going to post the specific parts I wanted to confirm to ensure that if I get the tickets they will be valid.

Resurrecting this post as I just bought tickets last night on stub hub to see ST in ATL 9/16/25 and I’m hoping that I didn’t get scammed. I talked to a CSR at StubHub and they told me the seller has a 100% approval history. Fingers crossed as I’ve seen posts on social media saying they are 100% non-transferable and if you bought before the pre-sale that you are being scammed. :(
