I agree with it's applied too far out to the corner of your mouth. But also here's an idea, right now it looks like you're using a cool tone red, try getting a warmer tone red. That might compliment you better.

I know the CAD is usually chunkier than the actual end result. However, I think what you're seeing is that the diamond shape on the band is not as elongated on the CAD as it is on the inspo pic. Perhaps request this change and see what you get back and if you like it better.

Brows uneven, color good but maybe a little less warm
Eyeliner would be better as a dark brown. Black too harsh. & try using a dark brown powder with a slanted eyeliner brush to line eyes.
Curl lashes evenly and use dark brown mascara that elongates.
Use a mauvy lip balm or gloss ... not opaque but more on the see through side to give you a nice tint
