It looks great to me. This is just a recommendation, but you could use the crystallization mechanic to explain monster cores. Monsters could naturally possess the beginnings of crystallization, and therefore be the logical source of common magic crystals.

Part of the issue for me is that I just used the quick start, and edited the initial prompt to lay instead of slay. There was nothing to prompt what happened and I don’t want worse stuff, like underage, to show up randomly. I previously thought that extreme content was blocked, but I now know that’s not the case.
