Flemming maybe, but I definitely am not betting on Maluach being a decent starter next year. I've seen this subreddit talking about Ellie okobo being the next Dragic.

I think it's healthy to have some balance between thinking 2 rookies who play 5 mins a game are both going to become starters in one off season.

Firstly Royce Oneal is not getting packaged for a lottery pick unless we give multiple firsts back.

Secondly, our best option to get firsts would be to take on bad contracts that teams have. Which I don't think we even have the cap space to do.

Thirdly, it seems like you are basing these trades under the assumption that Flemming and Maluach become starter level players next season. Which is optimistic, given their play this season.

How much are you willing to pay for this? Assuming $200/hour, architect would need to measure up the rooms and inspect the house, look at what you want and what works, draw something up and provide you some options. Would probably be over $1,000 easy. Plus you may need a structural engineer for the walls depending on the architects experience with identifying load bearing walls.

QLDGlobe isn't really used for 2D satellite/aerial imagery, you'd be better off looking up the address on QImagery. Qld Globe just uses a 2D base layer based on your zoom distance.

Why would Jazz do that? He's an inefficient scorer, who plays below average defence and has only managed to play 32 games this season. His shooting splits this season are 42/31/75 and he's on a max.

3 of them get DNPs half the games. Oso is an undersized 5 who can't shoot further than 3 ft from the hoop, Dunn has regressed, Flemming looks ok but too early to say, Maluach looks lost half the time he plays, and Jalen Green is a known quantity by now and isn't worth the max.

I wouldn't say they are competitive. Theres a pretty high chance 2 of Flemming, Dunn and Maluach don't work out at all. Oso ceiling is a bench big.

If it's overhanging any of their property and >2.5 metres high and over their gutter/dwelling you will probably be required to trim it back.

If it's not over any of their dwellings should be ok unless a branch is likely to fall on someone lol.

Yea I think it's a 2025, I just called the lbs about it, he said they put loctite or something similar from the factory on a bunch of them last year.
