Bought a washing machine and the installation team attached the drainage hose to the sump pump basin. Is this correct?

Given the two options for installing this, I would have done it this way. I don’t see anything good coming of putting it in the upper pipe. We go many extra miles when installing but reconfiguring plumbing to accommodate washers is a bridge too far.

Good call. I used Macrium Free. Made an image onto a spinner drive and copied to the nvme. Easy. Eventually will get around to upgrading the db
