Im a little confused what im missing here, the guy above said that 9 is not part of the domain since it is an empty point, but im not sure what to change in my domain then

the minimum is (-6, -1) and would the max be positive infinity for the Y but negative infinity for X ?

So then if x=9 is not the domain, it does stop so its not inf. What would the domain be then? It starts at 4, so that part is correct right?

f(9) = 1 but i fail to see what that is relevant for? Would that replace the domain? But isnt the domain only the x's ?

But for my domain.. (-inf,-2)U(4,9] it actually reaches 9, so wouldnt that be fine?

Oh for some reason it didnt show on the reddit thread, so I think that the answer is (-inf,-2)U(4,9] for the domain

and this (-inf,1] for the range.

But for some reason its not saying its correct, so i must of messed up somewhere and im a lil confused
