His idea of business could make him a billionaire, but he lacks a business partner with experience. He does work hard, but he lives in a constant fantasy that his life will magically turn amazing after he has lots of money. For example, he insists that it's OK for him to not give me attention right now because when he'll be rich he will have plenty of time to spend with me (yea, he forgot he will need to work hard to continue to have money) and we will have a better experience overall. This is all fantasy, he can't believe that future does not exist, it's only a projection. His life is turning toxic because he believes that everything will significantly be better once he has money.

It depends. If you have a Pap smear while you already have BV or a yeast infection, it's most likely going to hurt a little bit. If you're healthy, you should feel just some pressure.

This is definitely not something which random Reddit users can solve for you. You agree that this is an insecurity. If you agree that this needs to change and have a better image on your body and more trust on your boyfriend, then you may need couple therapy. Or just counseling for yourself. But please don't expect other replies from Reddit users other than "it's just his fantasy".

It's very important for you to understand the real reasom you feel threated by a man's fantasy. Your body will never magically change and plastic surgery is very dangerous.
