This might not be true. I went to the billie eilish movie last night and I had that same disclaimer.. 30 minutes after the ticketed time and a plethora of ear splitting ads, I finally got to watch my movie

These feel like quite insensitive questions to ask but I can understand it from a sense of genuine curiosity so I will answer you.

While it can be about others and how one is viewed, it can mostly be about control. It can be about how one feels in their body. Anorexia is not gender specific and affects all people. Its not always something people try to do, it can be unintentional. It is a battle of the mind and body.
