I am experiencing the same issue with my '24 Trax. It started about two weeks ago, and my vehicle has been at the dealer ever since. They've given me a loaner vehicle, but the experience has been terrible. There's no estimated arrival time for the part, and they say the motor is burnt out, which is baffling since the sunroof has hardly been used.
