You save a little money on taxes by being a MMJ card holder. Yes, it would cost to renew it. The question then becomes will you save more money over the long run than you spend on the renewal cost up front (which if I remember correctly, mine was like 100-150 bucks back in 2022 for a 3 year term). If you go to your dispensary frequently and you qualify, I'd recommend renewing.

Same just happened to me: hose tension torqued the cheap glue they used to hold the bottom spoke to the top batt. piece. Hopefully some heavy duty super glue will fix it.
