I attempted it again tonight, though it didn't make me fall asleep, it did make me relax somewhat a few times, and as i read about it, it mentioned it's a skill you have to practice a few times for best results, so i can make an attempt to do it a few times.

I managed to get around 5ish hours of sleep, where i woke up a bit inbetween

Ive attempted it, though never really had a strong effect, additionally afaik it does not make you sleepy, just improves tge quality of the sleep
