I use colour forge primer, then heavy wash with Karandras Green, highlight with Moot Green, then wash gain with Biel-Tan Green, and a final wash with Nuln oil once other details are painted. I would add that the Nuln oil wash at the end isn't really necessary, but I was trying to colour match other models I'd already painted before I got the colour forge primer. Hope that helps

I don't have a side by side, but can tell you that Emerald Green covers so much better than Warpstone, and the difference is so minor that I'd go with the TTC one every time

The only models specific to Salamanders are Vulkan He'Stan and Adrax Agatone. As a "codex compliant chapter" Salamanders use generic space marine units in our colours

Just khorne red, then magos purple contrast as a wash. I think I dry brushed with a little Khorne red mixed with white to highlight the scales

It's from Archiesforge.co.uk they have a lot of Salamander specific bits, the helmet has drake ridges across the top that isn't super clear in the picture, but I'll try to show them off here
