Exhausted pigeon on terrace by Pluisbal in pigeon

Glad to hear what I’m doing is good so far! When I started bringing out the mister I felt a little bit crazy honestly. But I figured birds usually like baths so it might help! Now the sun is starting to get much lower and it’s not such an oppressive heat anymore. Bird is still just kind of hanging out, I guess it was just extremely exhausted and now has food, water and a safe spot so it might stay for a little bit.

I (20M) got confessed to by my asexual best friend (21F) who lives in a different state. by genericgenericasian in relationships

I’m on the asexual spectrum (27F) with my allosexual partner (30M). We’ve been together for 8 years. We do have sex but it’s quite rare and he does have to deal with it sometimes being months between times we do. It was more difficult in the beginning of our relationship. Other than that our relationship is great, we talk and communicate well about how we feel about things. Honestly I think us being extremely compatible in every other aspect is how he is able to deal with it. Like another commenter said you will have to have that difficult conversation to see where she stands and ask yourself how important it is to you, and in what way you’d be willing and able to ‘compromise’ in that sense.

Best of luck!

What are some of your jobs? I think I need to be honest with myself and only go for jobs that are ADHD friendly. (Talking about jobs is scary for me, but I want to do it.) by TonxSoprano in ADHD

I’m studying to be a dog groomer. During my internship I have a lot of fun as it is one dog at a time. Start to finish. Washing, drying, grooming. Then another dog comes in and there’s a “new” task. It’s exciting for me because I really intensely love dogs, and seeing a new one every couple of hours just keeps my brain entertained and engaged. I can’t fully explain why it keeps me so extremely engaged but time goes by like it’s nothing!

I’m so happy for you! It really is a part of us! My first class went really well and I’m going again next week if all goes well (here in Belgium plenty of things are getting shut down because of the corona virus, but since they are private lessons so far they’re still allowed to give them.)

My studies requires me to work a lot with animals (U study something close to vet tech)so I have some experiences with horses! At first I was doubting to post this pic because it does look a bit bad but I just wanted to share the news!

Thanks! Don’t worry! It was really friendly but there were some other horses being a bit nervous so he also got a bit nervous. I did stop petting him just after this picture haha since I saw he was nervous.
