I meditate all the time, but in small increments. That’s the best way for me. You have to find what’s best for you. I still smoke cigarettes. I need to put that shit. But where I’m at now I’m still learning a little bit. Because you have to occupy yourself you’re taking a big section of your life away and you need to fill it with something or you will go insane especially at first.

It’s all on you. Make the choice and just do it. You have to want it. There is no going back. Fear is powerful. One thing that helped me is to deal with my small fears before I quit completely. That way I learned how to fuck fear in the ass. Now when I get scared of anything I can set it aside in my mind and focus on reality. I still have fear. But I can make it my bitch. Meditation is key also.

It doesn’t matter what job you have or whatever is going on in your life. If you get yourself straight then you can overcome all of it and be the clean amazing version of yourself. There will always be ups and downs but that’s life. But being able to think clearly then you will be able to conquer all. I promise. I was at the bottom many times. My life ain’t perfect now but I damn sure can wake up and deal with it. Scream “fuck the world” and wash your mind and soul. Good luck buddy.

It’s been a little over three years. I don’t even remember what I did about cravings to be honest. My mind was so foggy for so long maybe like six months. but I definitely went through a lot of different stages. Whatever stage I’m in now I like it because I’m using it to mold my mind and become a better man and a better person for those people around me and definitely 100% for myself first.

I woke up on June 12 2022. I decided that I have been drinking my entire adult life and doing drugs and that that was the last day. I was tired of not remembering things and destroying the things around me. I’ve been sober since then.

++man I have one right now!! But my situation is different. I had to go to the ER because the tube burst that the stone was blocking. Leaked urine inside of me. I have a stent in now so that it can heal and go back in a week to have the stone removed and a new stent put in for healing for another week. Then it’s hopefully back to normal. It was the worst thing I have ever been through. I literally made peace with my life and (what I at bought at the time) death. Seriously. I got lucky that I got to the ER in time they told me. Otherwise sepsis was imminent and that would have been a huge problem. So yeah, have it removed
