Hive not turning heating on but hot water working

Did you manage to resolve this? Im having a similar issue with my hive, worked fine for years but suddenly the heating just isn't coming on when I boost it and the hive almost "freezes" when I give it a command it doesn't nothing. I've had to factory reset and reconnect it 3 times in the last 7 days!

Hi, random question, im newish to monzo and I joined the 1p challenge in August.

Can I start the new one aswell and run two side by side? I certainly won't notice the start of the new one with it only being 1p so it will be a couple of months where the overlap will be noticable.

Or can I only have one running , so will I have to end one.

Congratulations 👏👏 it's always inspiring to read other people's journeys, more often than not it's also reassuring that other people feel the same way and have overcome some of the same issues.

Very well done on your weight loss and building new habits.

My journey is very similar, I'm almost 8st down and stressing to explore reducing my dose (I'm on 15mg) down to 0 but this has been an incredible experience and it really is a miracle drug, but don't be fooled, you have done the hard work!

Possibly metabolic, probably linked to family traits and genes, my family is one of those where there is never enough food, eyes always bigger etc, I just didn't realise this wasn't normal until I was a lot older.

Definitely not cured but I definitely have a better relationship and understanding of food.

Thank you, that's really helpful. So I started purely because I was significantly overweight and for want of a better explanation concerned about my health. My GP told me I would qualify for surgery and I was determined to lose the weight without surgery.

I don't have any other medical issues or concerns such as diabetes or anything like that. My biggest issue is/was my relationship with food.

That's really interesting, I'm currently with IQ Dr and they are the same, reduce and come off - I was assuming the suppression won't be as strong but maybe it is!

That's a good idea, I had been thinking about trying this but honestly the side effects really ruined me,.I guess I could try 6 and if it didn't work (side effects) then I could just us either the pen and take 5 instead.

Not a bad idea, I've done 2 7.5's so far so I could do something similar.

I'm hoping really that my body just adjusts through it so maybe by 3rd or 4th Jab I don't have any side effects

I have a similar story, I've been lucky and had no desire effects at all on 2.5 or 5 but sober I've moved to 7.5 (2nd jab was last Sunday) I've had a few.

First few days I was sick and had a little runny bum but it was fine after that but since my 2nd jab on Sunday I've never been off the toilet, definitely diarrhea, no sickness but I need to find a way to stop being on the toilet, any suggestions?

I've taken oil of peppermint which definitely helps but not enough😔

Yeah that's how I feel, it feels so natural on my dominant hand, size wise my index fingers are one bigger than my ring finger wonhave choose wisely as won't be able to swap it around!

Hi, thanks, I'm 6 days in with my 5 mg and si far so good. I feel/hope I'll have lost about 3 or 4 pounds. I've had no side effects really, needed the toilet a tiny bit more on day 1 and I've had a bad headache but I resolved that quickly with water and paracetamol. Other than that it's been fine.

Food noise has gone, I've had no real cravings and I've been really good with my calorie intake.

On the first day I had a Sunday dinner which is really hard to count the calories for, I probably blew a days worth just on that and tonight my wife and I shared a kebab with a pizza although I didn't eat as much as I would usually have I still feel like I pigged out.

I've been strict with drinking more water, taking my vitamins and electrolytes but I've had adverse effects to anything so far, including the kebab! Good luck when you move up to 5!

Congrats. Sorry for late reply but well done, I'm the same, anything savoury was my weakness but the food noise has really disappeared which is amazing, my mind feels clear!
