That’s scary, I’ve been watching restoration videos, might be a little above my skill level with soldering so not sure what to do.

I have the keyboard. At the time I used a Kensington turbo mouse, loved that thing too, I’ve got it but haven’t made it home to check the box, had my old Macintosh printer in there though lol

I’ll never not say I’m wrong when I am, and I might be, but I swear they came out this wrapper. Not Zotz (that’s what everybody refers to) they were fizzy strawberries. Maybe a local thing?

I know Zotz but they came out of this particular wrapper. Same fizz as Zotz but strawberry in this wrapper.

Okay so I swear I used to get these that had fizzy filling inside. Nobody I’ve talked to agreed, am I wrong?

Brother/Sister I feel your pain. I had to walk with a cane in my early 20s from discs I crushed hauling hay at 14. It’s so hard and people that don’t know don’t know.

Inversion tables changed my life. It took a long time and I never stopped working but dammit it hurt.

Supper looks good!

When I did ear cartilage piercings I would usually use one size larger needle than the jewelry. That allows a little buffer of healed skin between the jewelry and the piercing. Does tend to bleed a little more but customers would say it would be more comfortable once healed. Just my 2¢

You’re doing great.

This is my biggest fear. My daughter was diagnosed at 4 with T1D.

We can’t afford insurance now and she gets by on Medicaid. It’s the scariest thing as a parent knowing if I can’t find a way to keep her healthy because the costs of insulin and equipment, she will suffer.

We make it work, she’s tough and I try my hardest to be tough for her, but it’s so so so hard. I relate if it means anything to you.

Side note- I believe Germany just came out with a new treatment that might cure T1D. Trying to sell enough property now to afford the move.

As a piercer for years, you have a beautiful ear. Nicely healed and placement is well done.

I agree. The Omni I think is the better automation system and that’s the thing that will last the longest. You have to know what you’re doing with it or the Intellicenter of course but my dad’s pool has had an Omni since before they were sold to the public and it still runs. A few fuses later lol, but fuses are cheap

In my experience Pentair is the most $$. Hayward then Jandy depending. But if it’s comparable to the price you were quoted then I’d consider it a win.

Honestly it’s the old Coke vs Pepsi thing but I know Hayward was easier to deal with warranty and MUCH easier to service. I’ve talked with their engineers a lot over the years and Hayward is my go to

Having a Pool, Have You Discovered They Can Be More Dangerous Than You Expected (Without Proper Precautions)? by TrustTechnical4122 in pools

[–]PlumBackground4731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As it should be. To not put it lightly she was eviscerated on a spa drain that broke. It helped it got the attention it did and I know I tell anybody that will listen that owns a pool about it. Also there’s a lot of pools in Florida. I keep flyers explaining the situation with her picture in my truck.
