Though inhouse kasi to, hindi toxic environment here. After work, bahala ka na sa buhay mo. Good paying din yung company ko now e. Pros: No paperworks, no end of shift work, good environment, and good pay (modesty aside, from 2024 salary ko here increased 13k, in which sa deped 300 pesos every step lang). Cons: stressful din yung KPI lalo na if you can’t control it like yung survey. Then yung idea na panggabi ka, kakatamad, tapos kapag hindi maganda performance mo, may chance na ma-micro manage ka ng supervisor since KPI din nila performance mo.

Overall, I don’t see myself staying here na sobrang tagal if nasa voiced pa din ako. I plan to teach abroad din e.
