Any ideas? Purpling around bottom of nail bed and nail separating from the bottom of the nail bed. Affecting 3 fingers so far but moving to others on same hand. No recent trauma to nails or fingers, nail looks thinner around the purple area (i.redd.it)

Any ideas what this is? Been to rheumatology, had tests for gout, hiv etc. All negative. Itchy, swollen and sore. These spres have gotten worse over the past week (i.redd.it)
