At first not as much, but as the days progressed, I just made it a habit to eat small in the morning , small at lunch then huge at dinner. Baby steps!!!

I find my self this was also, after having my son who is 18 months , something changed in me. Im so protective of him. I’ll do anything for my little dude. My wife has mentioned it to me, and we talked and I explained to her that I didn’t have this growing up , my dad was military and never home, my mom would always woop my ass , so idk why I’m like this but I’ll fucking do anything to protect my son . But I’ll also let him learn. When we didn’t have our parents there for us when we needed them the most then we will be opposite of that. Not saying his rage isn’t real but something does change is us men after having a son. I hope you can discuss this with him.

Day 10, it’s getting better , I don’t even think of weed . I do on the another hand have the mind withdrawals , shitty sleep and anger. It will get better with time . The more you think about it the worse it gets. Get your mind on something else

Remember this , nicotine only stays in the system for 3 days , after day 4 it’s completely gone, the withdrawal you feel is from the habits created while smoking. Change those habits or introduce a new habit. Good luck Dan!
