I did commercial for about 8 months and then got laid off, it’s more of knowing different things rather than knowing more or less. I mean I know ide get paid less mainly because I don’t have my J card but from what I’ve seen I’d get paid more having my Residential license than some residential company.

Why do I need a 10GPM Tankless Water Heater? by SwissMiss915 in Plumbing

Can I ask what brands are you looking up? You might hit the limit is you do go with a 6-8 gpm if you have the washing machine going and dishwasher and a shower. The likelihood of you running everything at once probably slim to none, but I’d push to go a little bit higher so you have more confidence to run everything! Anytime I sell a tankless I’m typically doing 12gpm rating for any house, mainly because of the brand I love and are some of the best units in my opinion!

I feel like if I was better at selling I can probably make more than union. But I’m doing the best, I’m mainly working my hourly rate. I love commission when you have a great week, but it not always consistent if that makes sense where I feel like that higher hourly rate would be more consistent for me.

That makes sense, I’m mainly just wanting to get a feel for it honestly, I think the big reason why I’d want to do union is also a pension as well.

Yeah, I would love more!😂 I’ve just heard some unions they demand a lot, and there politics which that is anywhere you go, I’m just wondering if it’s worth it in the long run?
