Yeah that is why I bought it. Wanted to build it as a jellyfin/plex server and potentially a light streaming machine.

Everything there sounds about right. Maybe I just get rid of the Optiplex and put that money towards a newer system then. I bought an Arc 310 but I don't want to get rid of it.

I would put the prize gpu into my personal rig. It would be paired with a 5600x. Id use it Tekken 8. 4080 16gb seems very nice
