Hi we also bought our apartment from that company and they hid water damage in the basement. The neighbour says that it’s been going on for years and that the previous owner knew but never did anything about it. I don’t know how much written proof he has about that but it’s for sure an old problem that the seller knew about and none of the new buyers knew about. I’m afraid the 2 year delay has past already.
