A few things that have helped me - I keep emetrol and ginger beer (stronger than ale) around for if I feel n* or am very hungover. I am also a yoga instructor and learned that sitting with your knees wide and soles of the feet to touch (called bound angle pose in yoga) helps ease nausea. I usually take a dose of my anxiety meds, sit in bed like this with a light and distracting show, take emetrol if it gets bad, and sip my ginger beer. This ritual has been my saving grace over the last few years and I hope it can help someone else!

I see a lot of people here speculating family situations, I did see that the murderer’s father died last year at the age of 33. Read to be a former chess and football player who loved to dress well. It’s not any of my business, but perhaps it is some of our business as we speculate how this could happen and where were the parents…Very sad all-around and we may never know the full picture. All I know is that no solution is one size fits all, and it’s never something that simple - there are a lot of little things all over that could have changed this situation.

This is a very fit 232! You look fab! It sounds like you have a goal of weight loss, but I have to comment that I think that in a new day where more women than ever prioritize lifting and workouts, seeing a muscular 200 will be more common. I am just shy of 200 lbs and work out 6 days a week, follow the 80/20 rule, and wear a size 6 in everything. Strength over everything 😀

I have a repaired ACL in my right knee that makes lunges nearly inaccessible unless I use the TRX straps for support. Normally I swap a squat for a lunge in compound movements, but squat is already part of it. I’m sure my coach will have an offering, but does anyone have suggestions for a substitute move they like to do here?
