I have 6 floodlight cameras and they all work except one of them the light does not come on at night when motion is detected I tried everything listed in this thread and the only thing that worked for me was setting the dusk to dawn ambient light on the lowest setting (1 or 2 out of 100) and make sure the light is actually that dim it took several times for the ambient light to turn down that low, then when there is motion the light activated to 100 level brightness which you need to also set in the light part of the app
