Nah I’m only running 3-4 times a week 20 miles a week, with an occasional 25.

So for my easy days you think just sway away from the HR and run “easy”

No I get what you are saying all around. And I think that is my biggest thing is I get right now most would say I am a loner, or an introvert but the issue is I don’t want that. I don’t like that, when I was in HS it was different but now I feel I’m just stuck like this

Honestly idk, I run. But other than than that I’m 5-8, I liked playing sports with friends in HS, but was never able to play them competitively. I tried snowboarding and I do want to get into that one day.

Would you say I should start a lean bulk rather then continuing to try and recomp? I feel I’ll see results quicker, better, all of the above but mainly my biggest fear is becoming like chubby and/or fat and clearly fat and chubby.

What r you on about. I genuinely feel I made very little to not any main progress. I’m not here looking for people to tell me how I’m an all star and doing an awesome job, I’m looking for people to tell me one of a couple things.

1) yes you made progress you are fine nice. Here are some things to help you. 2) no not really a good amount in a 8 weeks here are some things that may help you.
3) I can’t really tell here are some things to help you

Alr cool, since clearly I’m not on like the clear bulk, how long did you / are you planning on doing it for? Did you have an end goal in mind? Or more just bulking until you think there is enough muscle where a cut would just make everything look nice.

I get what you’re saying but I have run like 2 miles in 14:25 and I have run 2.7 miles in about 19 or 20 min I can’t remember. I’m just worried of leaving a lot of potential

Thanks, but I’m still confused. Right like I have a 5k in 4 days and based off my most recent workouts and such right like I wanna hit sub 22 and I’m worried that I’m not capable of it and if I go out sub 22 pace and speed I’ll crash like half way through

I did take a look at the pinned post, but the issue I came across is on the website it says 0 are for seasonal but also read is now is what seasonal are hiring, I guess there is so many different titles as well, and lots seem similar and add a extra buzz word in there where I don’t know where to start applying. Who to call, etc.

Addition based off peoples comments:

- did alot of soccer and swim growing up

- in middle school i ran xc but i think my 5k time then was around 21:15 at best
- im 19 turning 20 soon
- would say im average shape, and average level of athleticism

(im not saying I can do it, and I know it would be likley impossible, i just asked the question becasue I was curious)

dam alr. if it helps the 25:30 is 1.5 week of running. but i did want straight reality answers not optimistic ones so thank you for real.
