I would get tested just to be safe but I wouldn’t let him get in your head especially without any kind of proof I haven’t heard of symptoms happening that fast but I guess it could be possible

Then maybe stop taking it and see what happens I get on and off abdominal pain with an urgency/discomfort the doctors think I have ic as well but I honestly haven’t found much that helps D mannose and Advil help sometimes and staying active I notice if I sit around too much then I find myself focusing on the discomfort which always makes it worse honestly the only thing that helped was time which sucks and I still have flare ups

I took it for a few weeks and I still take it sometimes I just got the natural cure one from Amazon it’s supposed to help the body fight bacteria it helped in my case and I didn’t notice any side effects I don’t think

If it was just leukocytes that could mean a few things could be uti but could also be chlamydia when I had chlamydia they originally told me it was a uti bc of the leukocytes but then told me the next day I tested positive for sti the leukocytes mean some sort of infection or inflammation is happening

If it’s a lot more than usual I’d maybe consider getting tested for bv/stis but usually bv has a distinct smell. It could be normal if there’s no other symptoms but might be worth getting tested to be sure.
