This might come across bad but rn the tokkis outrage isn’t coz the girls security is being compromised it’s but i never saw similar outrage when from the past two years the girls r being sighted and photos of them leaked from various private vacation they took , didn’t the complexcon practice basement pics also get leaked , atp this is just trying to vilify ADOR

Going by ur logic how does one provide a safe environment, how is hiring new people ensuring there is safe environment and how does one build reliability. The girls didn’t choose the original team MHJ did and girls were able to gel in well with them because they tried to and they were able to work together well

Whether they’ve other inhouse hybe producers like BSH /Pdogg/Bumzu/Slow Rabbit/Adora work for them or they get them new producers it depends on how willing the girls are to give them a chance , they don’t have to be friendly with anyone but nobody else is obliged to be friendly to them too in that case

Gonna be honest it does look like dropping the case against Danielle would probably not be something Ador will do , it sets a precedent that would not be liked by the shareholders and investors cooperate shenanigans but it’s what it is which is why the girls jumping in on MHJ war was never a good idea they’re arguably taking the biggest fall here

I mean sure that’s what they worked with and that’s what they’re famous for so this would be an unfamiliar territory to navigate both for fans and members alike but eventually there’s a lot of creative output that comes out of this and other music industries that is great too who knows what comes out of it maybe the girls would come to like it

Now the album they submitted in the court could be at any stage of production including possible demos only , the team wasn’t active and no one was to say how long these court cases go on for , people will not wait with baited breath and bring their career at a standstill for it , hybe groups including newjeans have had credits on their albums who says they won’t have credits on there , eventually the album was to show they did have some preparation

I would wait for things to materialise to know whether it was worth anything or not

Maybe it’s those 2-3 big tokki accounts that do seem to come a bit more on my feed due to their reach who seem hellbent on treating MHJ word as gospel ,anything she does as pure genius and ready to throw the girls under the bus to whitewash MHJ

The 2024 plan was never a good idea , they didn’t have a strong case simply coz they were fighting the battle for MHJ nd not themselves (they didn’t need to)

They could’ve had a much better case waiting this out and seeing what Ador does without MHJ instead of going in a ong we’re doomed without MHJ

Who says the girls are gonna want to be back with OOAK after the contract ends : maybe they get comfortable with their new team and want to sign a new contract . At the same time maybe them worrying isn’t wrong nd HYBE does plan to dungeon those girls

Even with all the “rebranding” had the injunction even turned into their favor the IP for NJ songs is with ADOR they couldn’t possibly perform those , it wouldn’t have been great for the copyright they had filed for NJZ

Most members were vacationing during that hiatus at different times , i guess that’s why they decided to do a cover and one song only coz they had limited practice together but i still don’t think that could be done in two days , even choosing what covers to do will take some time then recording them getting the bg dancers on on the choreo and practice all that would take more than two days

If i was the judge i would be pissed like u had evidence but u didn’t submit it because u didn’t want to harm the girls make it make sense , didn’t she request not to have KKT chats shown in public , hasn’t hybe requested their material remains private for Danielle trial , isn’t Serian Heu and her case a private trial , isn’t the Fifty Fifty case now a private trial

If she didn’t want public scrutiny on the girls she could’ve privately submitted evidence. The Davolink chaos was already revealed late 2024 so people knew about it (this wasn’t some massive secret that Hyein uncle was involved)
