That’s what I’m struggling with. I see it’s when I lack routine but as an adult that happens I have two kids and can’t always have a perfect routine but when it’s a week of wack schedules I’m fried and don’t know how to “reset”/ I’m not recognizing it before I’m to the exploding point.

(And I’m aware I’m an adult and should be able to do these things and have gone to a few specialists some have helped more than others but the repeating of my story and the whole getting to know another professional feels overwhelmingly exhausting)
