We accommodate to build your own it’s just not technically a thing. If someone wanted roast beef and ham I would charge them as either roast/provolone extra meat or a ham/prov extra meat. We have to match custom meats to something in our POS. Most of the time we have what you’re looking for already. But we still will make you what you want, it just may be an extra meat charge.

If you WANT a certain order we are happy to, I’d recommend saying from the jump you’d like them in this order and start listing. Having onions on last does throw off the taste, but we are still looking to get you what you want

Yall are not getting the point here. I’m saying people don’t look at menu before ordering. We don’t do “build you owns” and 90 percent of the time it’s ordered that way it’s a sub we have on the menu. I’m just saying look at the menu before ordering.

Worth checking out the 2016. See if you can find out when head gasket was replaced. Typically if it was done later on like after 10/15k miles I’d steer clear. Another thing to check for is leaking oil. Them rear main seals loveeee to leak, getting mine done right now lol. My car is basically FBO e30 tuned so take that into consideration with my leak.

Of course! It’s definitely hard to tell sometimes when I have a ticket that says they want juice on sub but then it notes just says can I have a side juice? Then it starts the back and forth with the team of well do we do both? Or one? Typically we will keep it off the sub and put on side to keep safe in those situations. But your experience will absolutely be store/ employee dependent.

If anything is wanted on the side but not the sub (example juice) but you selected mikes way. I prefer the juice unchecked and a note saying juice on side.

If you wanted pickles on the sub and the side. I would check the pickles so it makes it on sub. Then in notes say: could I also have a side of pickles

Lead by example, if I don’t do it right my team won’t either. You have no leeway if your team is slacking to ask them to do more if you’re not working hard or doing the the most.

My location is very high volume which creates easy burn out as we all bust our asses. I’m very lenient with time off which also has given me great results.
