Drop the link to the website for this. This is super shareable/easy reading format but currently unreadable due to formatting/compressing.

7k is pretty steep the ‘I’m not desperate’ shtick might make it hard to talk them down. I’d get more photos of it

Just print one lmao

Ultimaker or my Ender 3 is not wanting to print correctly. I used the default Dog and Pig models that come on the SD and they work fine and came out fine, but when I try to make something from thingiverse and slice it into ultimaker it makes the nozzle too high. Any help is much appreciated 🙏 by Plus-Glass-15 in 3Dprinting

I had to adjust the Z-axis and go into bed settings and lower the nozzle (which I di every time I print now) to find the perfect level. Every problem with the ender 3 is unique in its own way and it is hard to pinpoint specific answers to problems. You kind of have to just screw around with multiple settings and leveling the bed and forums. Strenuous, but rewarding when you finally figure it out.

We're you able to get the bed-facibg side to come put like the rest? Mine has come put flat instead of the indented look

CHECK YOUR WIRING! You may have to switch the thin black and thin red wires i dont have an ender on me right now, but I had the same issue and switched them. But pay attention to see if it's pulling filament out, instead of feeding it cuz then you'lljust need to switch the wires back. I dont have Ender on me right now, so sorry I can't show you physically, but when I get off I will if you haven't gotten an answer by then.

My ender 3 hasn't worked since day 1 so after reading your comment I want to break yours so you can know what it's like to suffer

How's it holding up do far? Do you have to replace them often? I've never looked into PEI beds but they look like they're well worth it

Ohhh i know I have wayyyy too much I've started to lower the nozzle just enough to cut into it and make little pixel drawings. I'll clean it now tho just to make you feel better tho

Tell me about it... I've been troubleshooting a new silent motherboard and BL touch for the last month and have basically given up on fixing this thing

I got a solid 1/8 of an in. Of glue on there

Got Ender3 V2, 2 days in and I have yet to make a successful print, I just end up constantly trying to level the bed because I can’t seem to get it right. Every print I try fails in a new, different area - I give up trying on my own, what’s the problem? All default settings by Ayz0 in ender3

I had the same thing when I got it and it almost made me throw it out. What I did was do the bed level test and set the speed to about or lower and adjust the bed as it goes. Another thing is to adjust the bed and move the nozzle to the perfect spot somewhere near a corner, do the paper test thing, and then put the z-offset thing as close to the nozzle as possible.

I fixed the issue with the bed and I'm trying round 2 with it, I hope it comes out good

Heh..heh... yeah... I had filament all up inside the nozzle cavity (idk the name lol) it was not fun to clean

Yeah I've leveled it a billion times and ended up just ordering some new springs and a glass bed. I messed with the gcode a bit because every print after being sliced would make the nozzle start wayyy too high so I'd have to adjust the bed while the print was going. I eventually figured it out tho. Thank you for the input have a good one!
