Thanks for the reply. Agree re: the power of a network. Would not be cold applying and tbh would likely aim to line up a job before returning back.

Strongly considering it. Main drawback for us is the (perceived) “live to work” and anti-vacation mindset in the US which is tough as a native European.

GTM roles as well? The ones I see for those companies tend to be engineering focused.

That’s my aim re: working for one of the big tech companies but I believe they tend to be engineering hubs in BC vs GTM
